You Accept Credit / Debit Cards? Answer: Yes, we can take your deposit or payment with a Visa
or Mastercard, either at our shop or over the phone. Do you have a pattern for my boat model? Answer: Probably not, we rarely keep patterns,
because of the custom work we do and haveing experienced that boats are not made exactly the same way everytime. We believe
in the best fit possible, so we will need access to your boat for any patterning and installation.
How long will you have my boat? Answer: Most In-House jobs can be completed in
one to two weeks.
How long will it take to complete my job at my site? Answer: Typically once we start on your
specific job, we are usually complete within 10 business days. Although this depends on many factors and the best way
to get an estimate is to call.

Do you
require a deposit? Answer: Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of scheduling, an additional 25% is
due when materials are ordered and the remaining balance is due at the completion of all work.
Can I bring my boat this week? Answer: You can usually bring your boat
to us at your convenience although bringing your boat in before the actual schedule date does not mean it will be finished
sooner. Average lead time for an In-House job is 4-6 weeks. We schedule according to first come first serve and
your deposit reserves your spot on the calender.
